Rabbi Eric Grossman is a visionary Jewish educator and leader, currently serving as the Head of School at Akiva School. With over two decades of experience in Jewish day school education, Rabbi Grossman has left a significant mark on the educational landscape across North America.

 

Rabbi Grossman is a published scholar, with numerous articles on Jewish education, Torah study, and Judaism to his credit. His dedication to the field has been recognized with several awards, including the prestigious Claus Nobel Educator of Distinction Award. His scholarly pursuits include a fellowship at the Institute for Advanced Studies at the Hebrew University and being a two-time recipient of the Hebrew University Bible Prize.

Rabbi Reuben
Poupko

Rabbi Reuben Joshua Poupko is a distinguished Canadian-American Orthodox rabbi, renowned for his spiritual leadership and community involvement. Since 1986, he has served as the spiritual leader of the Beth Israel Beth Aaron Congregation in Montreal. His eloquence and oratory skills have not only celebrated Judaism and Torah but also staunchly defended Zionism and the State of Israel.

 

His contributions to Jewish education and community life extend beyond the pulpit, including involvement in the March of the Living and various Jewish community organizations. He co-chairs the Canadian Rabbinic Caucus of the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs, actively engaging in national and international Jewish affairs. Rabbi Poupko's influence also reaches the broader public through his appearances in documentaries that explore Jewish culture and issues. Rabbi Poupko's commitment to fostering Jewish values and learning has made him a respected voice in rabbinic circles and beyond.

Rabbi Adam
Scheier

Rabbi Adam Scheier is the esteemed Senior Rabbi of Congregation Shaar Hashomayim and a prominent figure in Jewish leadership. His roles include Past President of the Montreal Board of Rabbis, Vice-President of the Rabbinical Council of Canada, and Senior Rabbinic Fellow at Jerusalem’s Hartman Institute. His scholarly contributions are highlighted by the co-editing and publication of the acclaimed Canadian Haggadah Canadienne in 2015.

 

A founding trustee of the International Rabbinic Fellowship and a member of the Rabbinic Advisory Board of Yeshivat Maharat, Rabbi Scheier is at the forefront of advancing Orthodox women's spiritual leadership. He made history by welcoming the first Yeshivat Maharat graduate as a synagogue rabbi.

 

Rabbi Scheier's commitment extends globally, having testified on human rights issues before the Canadian Parliament and contributing to the Jewish community in post-war Germany. His dedication to Jewish education and community development is unwavering.
